Termite Inspections
Residential homeowner inspections are always free of charge, and should be checked once a year. Having an inspection once a year can help prevent future issues and help you be more aware of changes in your homes structure and potential entry points for other insects and rodents.

Termite Treatments
Our termite treatments are always done with a complete chemical liquid barrier that eliminates the colony. All termite treatments come with a one year warranty and the option to renew that warranty every year. This warranty stays with the house even if you sell new owners have the option of continuing that warranty. There are no caps on this warranty either. Some companies only want to warranty your treatment for 5-10 years and then want you to pay for another treatment to boost the chemical, something not necessary unless the barrier has been broken by landscaping or additions to the home that disrupt the soil that has been previously treated.

We do not participate in the baiting systems for a number of reasons. Even with the changes to the baiting systems over the years there is nothing to attract the termites to them and 3 or more termite colonies can still make their way between the bait stations the way they are set in your yard. These baiting systems are also not solving the main problem areas of the home, front porches and or garage door casings, which is where most termite activity occurs. Chemical barriers solve that problem because we inject chmical into the front porches and at the garage door casings to provide the uninterrupted barrier all the way around your home or business.
